RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Silicon Food, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy. Please read the following guidelines carefully:
- Returns Request:
- Returns can be requested through us via email at info@siliconfood or WhatsApp +44-7791-965715.
- Please provide your order details and reason for the return in your request.
- Return Window:
- Returns are accepted within 5 hours from the time of delivery.
- Condition of Returned Items:
- Returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging.
- Once the returned items are received at our store and their new condition is confirmed, we will proceed with the refund process.
- Refunds Process:
- Refunds are processed within 3 days after the returned items are received in our store and their new condition is confirmed.
- If the customer paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), you have the option to choose between a refund to your bank account or receiving a coupon of the same value.
- For COD payments, refunds will be processed within 3 days after the customer’s choice of refund method is confirmed.
- Non-Refundable Shipping Fee:
- Please note that the shipping fee paid at the time of purchase is non-refundable.
