LU

LU’s story begins in 1846 and in true French style, romance played a key role in their creation. In the city of Nantes, Jean-Romain Lefèvre and Pauline-Isabelle Utile fell in love over their shared passion for baking and their desire to make the most delicious biscuits. Putting the first initials of their surnames together, LU was born.

Thanks to the excellence of Lefèvre-Utile’s recipes, the biscuits factory gained a stellar local reputation. In 1882, LU even won the gold medal during the Nantes Exhibition.

Over 176 years later, LU remains an icon of French culinary heritage.

MACAO

We started in 1948, as a small production unit in Casablanca and soon became a flourishing confectionery and chocolate company in 1954.

As a confectionary and chocolate producer we have been a part of the lives of thousands of children. Generations have grown up loving and trusting our products.

Through our brand MACAO, we offer a large selection of delicious products as a result of an ongoing commitment , constant quality improvement and a production line at the cutting edge technology.

Taking sound steps and never sacrificing quality, we entered new categories in consumer goods. Throughout the years and with guidance from our consumers, we supply a wide variety of products under our brand Macao– from candies to chocolate, from baking products to wafers, from chocolate spreads to events chocolate boxes. ANI BİSKÜVİ A.Ş

ANI BİSKÜVİ A.Ş, which was founded in 1995, first started its activities with the production of biscuits, and since its establishment to now within 25 years with its great leap in sales has turned to continuous investments.

ANI BİSKÜVİ which produced biscuits – cakes – chocolates – wafers – crackers – marshmallows – sugar – hazelnut cream within the factory and in 2010 adding a new line to the product range which produces cocoa cream mosaic biscuits – hazelnut and chocolate drop biscuits. In 2015, a new, latest technology fully automated facility from abroad has been put into use for cream biscuit products.

ANI BİSKÜVİ GIDA SANAYİ VE TİC. A.S. has given great importance to quality and has received TSE + TSEK and TS-EN + ISO 9001 certificates since the first years of its establishment, but not content with this, ANI BİSKÜVİ has abtained the HACCP which is the last point in food safety and compliance which is accepted by the whole world in the food sector. It has also included the ISO 22000 Quality Certificate and the Halal Food Production Certificate.

HAMOUD

In 1878, Youssef Hemmoud, a professional aroma distiller, established his presence in the outskirts of Belcourt and founded the “La Royale” lemonade, a precursor to the iconic “Hamoud la Blanche”

The year 2020 sees the birth of Hamoud Cola, a new product expanding the Hamoud Boualem range. This brown beverage, deliciously infused with the authentic taste of cola, broadens the company’s offerings and its ability to cater to consumer preferences.

Our coffee is a journey that begins with the choice of the best beans

Plantation: We have personally experienced the harvest, selection, pulping and washing of coffee. Personally ensuring that the work processes are carried out in the best possible way to guarantee a constant quality of our raw beans.

For us, creating a Blend is an obsessive search for perfection.

Production: We dedicate our life to coffee. We know the DNA of our beans and we know how to treat them to get the best out of them. We respect the raw material in all phases. We have studied the roasting curves and degassing times of each single origin, with the aim of enhancing their organoleptic properties. We perform cupping of each single origin, and we create unique blends for our coffee lovers.
